Tampa, Fla – September 15, 2010 – Healthcare industry thought leaders, health plan executives and experts from Health Integrated, a leading provider of Health Management Solutions for health plans, will discuss innovative care management and explore the impact of healthcare reform during a two-day program at the Affinia Hotel, Chicago, Sept. 22 and 23, 2010.

The event, part of Health Integrated’s ongoing Executive Leadership Series, provides an opportunity for health plan executives and healthcare industry experts to exchange ideas on addressing the implications of healthcare reform and exploring innovative strategies that meet health plan goals of improving outcomes for members and reducing the cost of care.
